Description
The Buddha Machine is a palm-sized plastic box that plays meditative music loops composed by Christiaan Virant and Zhang Jian.
The New York Times calls the Buddha Machine “beautifully useless,” while the Washington Post describes it as "bliss."
This iPad version allows you to mix the music of SIX Buddha Machines to create your own evolving ambient symphony!
Featuring hypnotic music designed to create a calming presence in today's fast-paced world, the Buddha Machine’s colorful charm provides an experience that is hard to define. Essentially, it's a box with a life; a tool for living, and to many, a friend.

Customer Reviews
Great app before the last update.
This app really is great to help relax, but ever since the update it doesn't play audio while the iPad is in standby any more. Once the screen is inactive, it just fades out.
I use this a lot to relax, but that won't work any more. It is basically useless now because it won't play without the screen on and it won't play while in other apps.
The audio is great quality, and not obviously repetitive.
