Description

Why spend huge sums of money on complicated heart monitors when all you need is this handy little app?

Most devices that count your calories while you work out require you to wear a cumbersome strap that gets in the way or needs to be constantly readjusted. Even the "strapless" watches are too tight and inconvenient during your exercise regime. Ever tried doing push-ups with a watch on?

But not so with the Calorie Burned Calculator!

And entering your information couldn't be easier! Tap on the empty fields, input your data, tap calculate and you are done! Your total calories burned for that session are immediately calculated!

Whether you’re doing interval training, weightlifting, an aerobics session, running or "bringing it" in your own home, this is the easiest way for you to know how many calories you've burned at the end of your routine.

Created by a former U.S. Marine who understands the need to be fit and strong, let us help you get into shape with the JAZ Games Calories Burned Calculator!

Customer Reviews

Great addition to fitness apps!

I have several fitness apps, and none of them related how important my heart rate is. Even workout videos mention "getting" the heart rate up or "keeping" it up, but I wondered how did it translate to me? With this app I can accurately enter the calories I burned instead of having to rely on averages. "Difficult" or "moderate" is different for me (5'4" female, 130 lbs) compared to a 6' male triathlete. Hooray! Now I can break the plateau and find out what I'm really burning!

Handy App!

I've always worried that the calorie readouts on the gym equipment weren't as accurate as they could be, since they don't take my weight and heart rate into account. This app even has optional support for manually entering my VO2 max! Far less expensive than a specialized device, too.

Not Beginner Friendly

For those just starting a simple exercise regime it's not useful at all unless you know exactly how much your heart rate was. Walking, stationary biking and the like are the exercises I've started out with. I don't keep track of my heart rate and didn't know it was essential for this app. I'm just looking for a simple calorie burn app to supplement my other apps. I just ate 99 cents but it's not too much of a big deal.
