Description
PDX Reporter is a direct result of Mayor Adams and the City of Portland’s call for more open data and interactions with the residents of Portland. PDX Reporter may be used to report and request service calls to city assets and infrastructure, including issues with parks, pot holes, traffic lights, street lights, catch basins, and graffiti. Additional city assets and service request types will be added over time.
To submit an issue, select the type of issue to report, take a photo (or upload an existing one), locate the issue via GPS or interactive map and add any additional comments. The report is sent directly to the responsible bureau for resolution. Users of this app can also view issues they have previously submitted and check the status or resolution of the issue.
PDX Reporter is a small but important step in allowing residents to participate in expediting the City of Portland's awareness and resolution of various issues. PDX Reporter is available for free within the Apple iOS App Store.

This idea may work if the city actually used it to fix problems rather than a method to generate statistics for future budget debates.

I would love to see a missing/vandalized road sign.
Great tool
I've reported illegally parked/abandoned autos, potholes and graffiti. All from the comfort of my phone on the go. The City has been pretty good about responding promptly. A nice tool to have for neighborhood improvement.
