ContactMover is an application that allows you to transfer contacts from your Local address book on your phone to a Microsoft Exchange account. It also allows you to transfer Exchange contacts to your Local address book.
A Local address book and Exchange account are both required to use this application. Please note it is possible to not have a local address book source, this is possible if you have 0 local contacts and turned off your Exchange account and then turned it back on. Please make sure you have both a list of Exchange contacts as well as an "All on my iPhone" list of contacts in your address book. The local contacts may be empty but the local address book source must exist.
*** IMPORTANT ***
If you have more than one Exchange account go to your Mail settings and set the account you wish to migrate contacts with as the default before using this app.
On launching the app if you get a message saying "You do not seem to have a Local source..." or if you know for sure you have Exchange contacts but the app shows you have 0, follow these steps:
1. Turn off your Exchange contacts (don't remove the account, simply turn off the Contacts portion, you won't lose any contacts)
2. Add 1 local contact to "All on my iPhone"
3. Turn your Exchange contacts back on
4. Open the app again

like a charm
I was changing phones and wanted to move all my internal contacts to my gmail account. my gmail is setup to use exchange. one click, 60 contacts moved over flawlessly. I'll probably never use the app again, but worth $5 for the hassle free fix.
Piece of Cake
Worked like a charm. Uploaded to exchange server and downloaded back to address book.
Only issue was getting rid of duplicates.
Would be nice for app to automatically do this.

Seems like something Apple would create, clean simple interface and super fast. It would be nice if you could select specific contacts you want to move or copy, but it sure beat texting myself the contact cards for all the people I wanted to move.
