- Our "Daily Assessment" will let you know automatically if you should take a day off and will modify your workouts according to how you’re feeling that day.
- Working out isn't easy, and some people lose motivation by continuously beating themselves up. Each workout program includes "Deload Cycles" to make sure you aren't overtraining and are staying fresh and motivated to workout for months on end.
- Don't have a scheduled workout but still feel like going to the gym? Use our "Request a Workout" feature and we'll give you a workout that won't interfere with the rest of your program.
- Does a certain exercise bother you or a piece of equipment you need is occupied? Use our "Swap" button and we'll give you an alternate exercise training the same muscle groups to complete.
- Video demonstrations of all your exercises with detailed voiceovers and coaching cues you can read to make sure you're performing exercises correctly.
