Note about the recordings:
The recording process has been streamlined and eliminates the need to name your recordings or chose where to send them. Record, Stop, and DropVox handles the rest. Uploaded recordings are conveniently named after the current date and time ensuring they will show up in chronological order within your Dropbox folder.
Note about uploading:
If an internet connection is not available at the time of recording DropVox will store the files and upload them when internet is restored.

No Internet Means Lost Recordings
Update: Unfortunately I have to down rank this, as it has a rather fatal flaw. If you are lacking a sufficient internet connection at the time that a recording stops, your recording goes into oblivion. You get an error message, and it makes no attempt to re-upload the file once you have a connection. This is a severe problem, and it has caused me to lose critical conversations entirely.

Like the app. Please add support (if possible) for not showing the glowing red bar whenever recording is taking place. If that's not doable, can you please make it so that it doesn't say "recording" in the bar on the iPad?
Lost all my voice memos!!!
So the idea for this app is nice but in practice it has a FATAL flaw... I can't access my voice memos in the app. When the app works as advertised it's fine... but when something goes wrong... and the memos you record do not sync... there is no way to retrieve them. I lost a couple weeks of voice memos with no way to get them back. I contacted the developers but they said there was nothing they could do and they didn't have plans to add the ability to organize and access the memos. So I have to move on to a different app...
Simple, almost perfect
For my needs -- recording on-street interviews and getting them back to my radio station fast -- this just couldn't be easier. Push the red button to record, push Stop when you're done, and that's it, the file is on its way.
It's slightly bothersome that you can't name the file, that it's just a bunch of numbers, but I'm glad to put up with that with everything else about this app just being so simple and reliable. I'm sure this will be addressed in an upgrade, along with options for higher recording quality (not to criticize the current sound quality -- it's just fine for spoken word work).
