Description
In September 2009, Portland, Oregon-based musicians John Nastos (saxophones and woodwinds) and Clay Giberson (piano and keyboards) set out to record a new song each week for a year. Throughout the course of the year, the duo recorded over 52 videos, primarily of original music.
Each week, a new video was posted on the Duo Chronicles website, most of the time accompanied by a written description of the piece and the sheet music to the composition.
In the Duo Chronicles iOS app, all the videos from the project are available to browse, including the attached sheet music. The app also allows easy sharing of the videos through email and Facebook.
