DVDxDV Pro 4+

The app does not work as it should - has multiple quirks and I had to find a work around in order to have it do what it is suppose to do. Customer support was no help at all. Although I can use it it's a headache - my advice is to find another app.

First did a trial version of DVDxDV and the trial extraction worked well. Decided to spend a little bit more money and download the Pro Version from the Mac App store. The first video extraction completed without incident but the encoding held up for some reason or another.

So here comes the good part. I email Technical Support from the help menu and got an immediate reply. Before I knew it I was on iChat screen sharing with Tech Support and the problem was immediately resolved. DVDxDV support even checked back 30 minutes later to make sure I was able to download to iTunes.

Now I am off and running . . . great product and even better support. Thanks DVDxDV!

Lots of poorly designed crap in the app store. This product is not and stands heads and shoulders above the rest. It is as advertised and it is a very user friendly and extremely intuitive product. It is very true that you get what you pay for. It is well worth the $80 price tag. The single frame clipping feature is very powerful. Happy to give this little puppy 5 stars.
