You can define more than one brand, and easily select the brand you want on a per-template and per-release basis.

You can turn off some of the old built-in fields, and/or turn on some new built-in fields.
- You can choose to turn off Witness, Gender and/or Ethnicity.
- You can turn on Shoot End Date, which allows your release to cover a range of dates, rather than just a single day.
- You can turn on Other Names. This adds two fields to your release: Stage Name and All Other Names. Use this to help collect required 2257 information for your models and performers.

Missing key features and no help from developers
Update: The current version fixed all my concerns, but it's missing one star for only one reason: cloud syncing. I would like to be able to have all my releases on iPad and iPhone. I do t always have the iPad, and having everything synced on both would make it so much easier to get someone's release created and signed. Now, if I could lets say, take the picture of the models ID with the iPhone and have it sync back to the iPad and let you sign there, I will make my friends get this app!
The concept behind this app is really good for photographers, but the designer missed some important parts in designing this app.
First off, the camera feature to take a picture of the model crops the image into a square after taking it, no way to avoid this. This thus leaving the so beautiful space for the card half empty with grey space.
Next is how do we keep track of our shoots? Model releases require that the release ID be displayed on the release and not as a part of the file name. The software forces you into having to have everyone resign the documents if any changes are made after they first complete it, so there's no going back.
The developer will tell you that there's a reference ID field, but that is still not a release number, and the reference number force changes the date of the shoot to the day the reference was first created.
This app also takes the freedom of assuming that a model is or isn't an adult based on the location of where you are shooting. Once you add their birth date into the form, and the model is younger than 21, but older than 18, it forces the parents to sign, even if your jurisdiction actually says that they are considered an adult.
Fixing and or adding these features will boost my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
A New Tool in My Camera Bag
This is an abbreviated review, since I've used Easy Release once so far, but I already appreciate the app's flexibility and straightforward features.
I recently spent three months chasing down several paper releases from a farmer and several of his employees—I made the mistake of trying to secure them after-the-fact. Hey, what could go wrong, right? Turns out farmers are pretty busy after the harvest (planting, spraying, etc.), and they aren't thinking about model or property releases, but if I'd had Easy Release those forms would have been completed (literally) in the field. You can bet I'll have my iPod, and Easy Release, in my camera bag next year.
I should mention: I had two questions about the app prior to buying it, and they were answered quickly and satisfactorily—that made my purchase an easy decision.
So far so good
My only complaint so far is the inability to sync across devices (in my case iPhone and iPad). Id love an export option I can just archive off and load in each app as an update is made to a setting or custom release form or custom field.
To the person who noted you need to buy the customization package separately, that is incorrect. Once purchased on one device it can be re-downloaded on the other device without being charged again (as with most any in app purchase)
