Awesome Game!
Like others have said, the game and graphics are outstanding. My boys (3 of them) have been playing it all evening since we downloaded it. The only negative is how short it is, but I'm hoping updates are released with more levels. I know the developers were only using this to test their Pixelmator software (which I also highly recommend) but they really have developed a great simple game.
Most great games are simple and Flapcraft continues in that tradition!
Short but Sweet
This game is absolutely beautiful, the character design is amazing. Gameplay is addictive and the controls are spot on.
Here are some negatives:
Game is really short.
Power ups are too controlled. The money system is pretty useless because you need to buy items in order to get enough money to buy the next. The items are too limited, it would have been better to have fewer items but have the ability to level up each item.
Stages are too limited. Each stage feels like a tutorial, do one certain task to clear a level, move onto the next. This does not allow for much freedom. As I was playing the game I kept checking to see if I was still in a tutorial.
Honestly if this was a "how far can you go type game" it would be among the best.
Phenomenal.
One of the most beautiful games ever made for iOS, and SO much fun. Bravo, guys!
