Georgetown Cupcake 4+

For the last 3 years or so, I have had multiple problems using the app to order for delivery. When I sent a request to the help desk, I usually did not receive a response. When I had trouble login into my account, their suggestions did nothing. I have not been able to login for years; however, when I checkout as a guest, it knows who I am. For the last 3 days, the app will not open. I can't get past the initial page. I have the latest version according to the app store. Finally, I have deleted the app.

It’s been almost a year since anyone reviewed this app, and seven months since the apps last update. The app is really easy to navigate and you can in fact order through the app. However the charging system is very weird and either makes you pay $25 in advance to keep as credit in your account or bills you at the end of the month. Don’t understand why I can’t just pay per order. Other than that it’s fine

I was really excited to get and use this app to buy cupcakes and have them shipped across the country, but this app has a lot of issues that needs to be reconciled. The database-user interface is pretty bad at this point (it asked me to sign in as a customer about five minutes after I created it and then it wouldn't process the information as a registered login). In addition, it is not intuitive or easy to navigate to place an order. I guess I won't be ordering cupcakes.
