I never expected GetGlue to be the social networking tool that it is. I thought that it was a one-stop, convenient way to share thoughts about "stuff" (TV, movies, games, music, actors, coffee, wines, etc) with friends... I didn't anticipate that I'd make new friends.
Each topic is like a mini fan convention; you share thoughts about the topic with your friends while adding your comment to the larger community. Thusly, this app makes it easy to share interests with friends that they may not know about, and discuss those interests with other fans from all over.
This latest iteration of GetGlue is a significant improvement over the first version. The app has been consistently tweaked and improved, and is mostly stable.
Great addition to fb and twitter
This app really pulls it all together and you also get to meet ppl with the same likes and tastes
Love the app but not the recent update
Don't get me wrong, I love my stickers. But the Jan 9 update makes it almost unusable. Crashes every time you scroll down to find tv shows or movies. Please fix!
