Waste me HUNDREDS dollars!!
WARNING! If you used to make international calls through this app, please stay away from it!
Yesterday, I made an international call to New Zealand through this app as usual, after 40 minutes, I realized that I'm not suppose to make it because my balance is limited. THEN, I found it was using AT&T DIRECTLY to make the international call. That freaks me out! The international rate from US to NZ is nearly $4 per minute. That means, instead of $8 ($0.20/min), it cost me $160 to make that call!!
I have to say, this app really should be responsible for my loss!
UPDATE:
For those who are using AT&T network, call their customer service. I made the call and explained the situation. They gave me a one time credit for the full amount I cost on that single international call.
Shame on Google!
Bad again
I was excite about the update that was put up today. I thought that the calls I make might actually go through but I tried calling my house for a test and omg shocker it didn't go through and I had to close the app. With such a big company you think they would do better! Unhappy :(
Doesnt work
Yahoo messenger works fine on my ipad 1 but google voice goes into call mode and stays there without completing the call. It gets stuck in dialing and has to be forced to close. Even with the Jan 2012 update, not working. Use yahoo messenger for completed ipad calls!
