Awesome
The power to report problems to my city Public Works department from the actual location and submitting a picture. Simply awesome. Every city should offer this. Watchout Oakley; I'm going to single handedly make sure every pothole is fixed and all graffiti is removed!
GORequest
Excellent idea, but only applies to a few select areas - needs to be refined to the user can select the city and the app will forward it to that city as identified by the user - with an option to insert the email address if it's not available.

What a great idea! I have had a pothole on my street that has been damaging my car's suspension for years, it is huge and practically un-avoidable. This ap is so easy to use, let's just hope the city takes it seriously cause the pothole needs to be fixed bad!!
