Description
An educational game to learn the location of the notes on the fretboard of the guitar and other stringed instruments. Also includes bass (4/5/6 strings), mandolin, ukulele and banjo. Now a full universal app for iPad, iPhone and iPod touch!
You are presented with a random note on the fretboard, and are offered a variety of choices for the correct answer. Just pick the button corresponding to the correct choice to score a hit!
As your score gets better and you manage to identify notes faster across the entire fretboard, your working knowledge of your instrument increases!
Training mode allows to focus learning on particular parts of the fretboard, and even focus on individual strings.
Game mode provides a fun way to make progress. Work your way through levels of increasing difficulty!

- Smart Learning Engine: the app automatically focuses on sections of the fretboard you are weaker.
The HDx version comes with free access to a limited subset of each of the available instruments. Each of the instruments can be fully unlocked via in-app purchase. Ideal if your primary instrument is not the guitar!
What's New in Version 3.9
A few minor bug fixes before the upcoming 4.0 release :
- Selection of a single string to focus training should now be working.
- The top string on banjo is now playable properly.

Stupid
I thought that some of the reviews were right when they said awesome. But they are wrong it is a game where you just GUESS!!! Also the only guitar u get is stupid but there is a pretty cool guitar for $2.99 so do not get it ( I would rate 0 stars if I could)

Good tool for remembering fret notes sight on. Everyone that said it was a guessing game is extremley stupid.
