Just got an email from Cathay that they have an English version available.
Clicking on the links ended up opening the Chinese language app already on my phone.
Is this some kind of joke? You like messing with your users?
Ridiculously inept communications and frustrating user experience.
Fail.
English is a MUST HAVE
There is no way to have English in the app and very difficult in the website with a poor translation. Please check other apps like HSBC much more international and just follow, if not it’s difficult being your customers guys.
