Good concept terrible company
The premise of the application is great and it does work very well connecting travelers to buyers. The communication is easy and the process is smooth, I have completed more than 4 trips to deliver items. HOWEVER this most recent trip I have completed weeks ago and the company has still not paid me. I have submitted several support requests with no response. I will never use this application again if this continues, this delay and lack of payment is *fraudulent*
Very bad experience
Tried to deal with travelers to carry 0,85 kg vitamin but every one is avoiding or ignoring ..and even the only one who accepted the deal and payed attention to it asked me for 50$ as a reward to carry the item .. meanwhile the item costs 35$...which I consider as an arm twist 😡👎

Great Idea, Paranoid Developers
The app developers are so worried that people will make deals outside the app that they’ve stopped the feature which lets you send pictures before paying.
All that really does is force us to communicate outside the app. Tried to convey this to customer service but their responses were annoying and unhelpful.
To add to all this lately payments wont go through and I’ve used my card in other places and other websites and it works fine. I’ve even called my bank per Hitchhiker’s instructions and the bank told me it was a network error on Hitchhikers side.
Honestly time is of the essence and they do nothing to help. Very frustrating.
