Description
iAzbuka is a Russian alphabet for iPhone and iPod created by several young Russian-speaking technology entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley.
After countless attempts looking for an iPhone application that would teach our kids the Cyrillic alphabet and correct Russian pronunciation we came to the realization that there was no such app. So, we decided to create such an app ourselves.
Throughout the development of iAzbuka we shared the app with our kids, discussed it with our friends and local preschool teachers, and even selected the artwork and the soundtrack which our kids liked the most. iAzbuka's easy-to-use interface and straightforward knowledge quiz make this app not only educational but loads of fun. Did we mention that the app will also keep your child busy for some time at home, in the car or at the playground!
iAzbuka includes:
- 33 letters of the Cyrillic alphabet;
- color-coded vowels and consonants;
- playful and colorful artwork;
- an easy-to-use interface* to keep your child engaged;
- a narrated soundtrack** to learn correct Russian pronunciation;

Just OK
Compared to other apps like this in English, this app is just okay. In addition to the alphabet, it also has a multiple choice test but it just goes on and on- kind of boring. My toddler is not interested. You need to add some fun to this app.
