iCandyMobile is a FREE app that turns your iPhone into a QR code scanning, social networking, iTunes controlling remote control.
FEATURES
- Scan: Using the camera on your iPhone, iCandy automatically scans QR codes – really fancy, two dimensional barcodes – and directs you to any web page that’s linked to that QR code.
- View: view the web pages or YouTube videos you’re scanning in the built in web browser without leaving the app.
- Share: iCandy links automatically to social networking communities like Facebook, and Twitter. Use this app to share things you’re scanning via the camera or even the web pages you’re browsing while using iCandy.

What's New In Version 1.3
- Remote control of music on the device: We call this "point and play" where you can point at an iCandy iTunes card and begin playback of the music on the iPhone. It's very cool especially when you hook up your iPhone to a set of Bluetooth speakers. Then you become the DJ of the party.
- We also overhauled the look and feel of the "Remote" interface to emphasize the album art while playing music.
- Post what you are listening to to Twitter or Facebook: You can now not only control playback of music on the iPhone but you can also post what you are listening to to Twitter or Facebook or even email.
- Integrated email sharing: the previous version launched the Email app when sending email from iCandy. This version integrates email into app so you never leave the iCandy when sending email.

Love this QR Code Reader
This QR code scanner is so convenient and instant. It doesn't require snapping a pic or waiting for Safari to take you to the scanned content. It also makes it so easy to share music, pix and video on Facebook and Twitter. I only wish I'd used iCandy to produce the QR code on my business cards so I could take advantage of their analytics.
