Description
Direct Line is a directory of customer service numbers for major corporations, with an added benefit. When you tap a company name, Direct Line dial the number and automatically presses all the buttons needed to get you to a live person.

A couple tips for using the program: Some of the numbers require the user to wait through voice prompts without responding. Even if the voice prompts ask for information, just don't respond. Silence is golden, and in this case, the key to getting to a person.

Pet Peeve: Getting a human on the line ...
Admittedly, I'm a tech freak, but also as a human I have come to resent the need to call for help/service from these large or small companies. Direct Line is truly a dazzling marvel for this much needed utility. It works!!!!! And it's implementation on my iPhone ... priceless!!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!!!
does what it says it does
I recently had to call my credit card company to dispute a charge because I was double charged for my iPhone ironicly enough. I call the 1-800 number and at the first prompt to enter my card number, I remembered I had this app. I used it and it worked perfectly. definitly saved me 3min worth of entering information that they still make you give when you get to a real person anyway. I was put on hold and naturally they hung up on me. I used the app again to re-dial, and my time spent on the phone was easily halfed by diretly dialing a human. Kudos Hive Brain team!
Very disappointing
Great idea. Unfortunately the phone #data base is extremely limited and not worth the $.
