Potential to be great but fails at customer service and design...
My experience with iWrecked is similar to that of HappyFunJay's experience.
Ironically enough, I was also rear ended two weekends ago. I used the app to collect all of the data. I even remember going back to the file after I saved it to check that it was there.
Unfortunately, once Monday came around to file an insurance claim, the information was not there. I did not write down any information because I didn't see a reason to considering I had this app.
After playing with it again, I realized where this app fails. If you close the app from your multitasking options on your phone, all of the data recorded disappears. I created a dummy log to figure out what happened, and that was the case. Therefore, if you close the app at any point, the information recorded will be lost.
The only reasonable solution to using this app is to email yourself the accident report log after collecting all of the data. Because once you close the app, the information is gone.
And alas, like the previous reviewer, I too emailed customer support to ask them of they had any explanations of why my information was lost and if it was possible to retrieve. I am still waiting on a response.
The design of this app is great, but if it doesn't work like it's designed to work, then it is worthless. I am disappointed with the app and the customer service.

This app is clearly NOT free. After they capture your name addrss and email you get an update screen for $.99 before you see what you have to upgrade.
Clearly a scam.
Buggy and crashes
The new update makes the software crash after it asks you for a password. Like the previous reviewer wrote, the password field is barely visible. Obviously the creators of this app don't care to fix it since it has not been corrected in some time.
