Don't you wish you had a person helping time you with a stopwatch? Talking Timer is just that, a timer that talks to you - that is, it uses voice prompts to let you know its status. The voice prompts can even be heard over your iPod music - just start your music then start Talking Timer.
The voice prompt intervals are flexible and easily customizable.
Talking Timer was originally designed as an aid for exercising, but initial testers started using it for all sorts of things. Many people found it useful in the kitchen because they could keep tabs on the timer without having to stop what they were doing to pick up their iPod.

Only $.99 but it a waste of money. What ever your screen lock setting is the voice prompts will end when the screen locks. So if you set the program to voice prompt every 5 minutes but your screen locks after 3 minutes then you will never hear any prompts. I could give you more examples but I think you get the point. If they fix that problem then I could see giving it 4 or 5 stars.
