CUSTOMER FEEDBACK:
We are working hard to deliver features requested by our customers such as bookmarking.
In response to some user comments:
1) WebSave saves files physically to the iPhone disk. This is not merely a bookmarking program as one user suggested. Save an image, movie, mp3, or PDF using WebSave and then put your iPhone into Airplane mode (no network access) if you would like proof of this.
2) When attempting to save an actual webpage, WebSave currently saves the HTML document you are viewing, but does not automatically "crawl" and download related links to the page, including stylesheets and images.
What's New in Version 1.1
- Bookmarks
- Cancel currently loading page
- Restore last page viewed upon reentry

Customer Reviews
Good idea-needs work
Saving of vanilla web pages works but some pages were not rendered correctly. Also when saving a significant number of pages, say more than 50, all of the pages lost their pictures and were not rendered correctly. Also landscape mode does not work correctly.
For now this app is good to save a small number of pages and to play. Needs more work to be generally useful.
It works...but it could work better
This app works great...controlls and menues are symple. Please use discretion on people that let hate reviews. What those people didn't know is: just because you can download it, doesn't mean you can view it. You the user have to understand the capabilities and limitations of the iPhone.
Pros:
this program works
Cons:
If your running on battery, kiss it goodbye. This app will push your data plan to the max. IE I downloaded an app that was 200 mb...too about an 1 hr (speeds depend on time of day, day of the week, and website your downloading from) my battery was %40 drained.
Now that's understandable, so when I download I make sure my phone is pluged in.
A more noticsble con is the iPhone's screen lock function. If you are on ac power your screen lock will NOT effect your download. Bit if you're running on battery it will.
An incoming text will also inturept your download, same with a call.
THAT IS WHY I GAVE THIS 2 stars
**I need to have uninterupted downloads. If my texts are silenced and calls go to voicemail that fine.
horrible
the app is horrible another app that is better than this is idownload and its better its so bad
