Features:
Synchronization - Synchronize the tasks and calendars between iPhone and Outlook/iCal. It is two-way sync. The synchronization requires WiFi network. Exchange server is NOT required. iTaskPro for Outlook/iCal sold separately.
Reminder - configure the reminder for each task in iTaskPro to get notification alert
Voice, picture and text notes for the task - Add voice, picture and text notes to the task.
Email the notes - Email the notes to others.
Repeatable tasks - Add repeatable tasks.
Calendar view - View and add the events in calendar view.
Sorting - Sort the tasks with subject in alphabetical order, due date, over due, category etc.
Search - Search the task with task name, description, and tagging.
Tagging - Tag the tasks with keywords.
Category - Group the tasks in category.

Horrible product with zero customer service
This is a horrible program & very misleading! You have to pay an additional $14.99 to get it to sync on your desktop. Even then it has very few features on the task pad. The audio & pic feature doesn't work nor does it sync the notes in your outlook. It's the most basic task pad I have seen ( and worst!). Seriously, believe the negative reports on this! Best way for me to prove it? Download imexchange. It mirrors your Microsoft exchange account and it's FREE! It syncs tasks, notes and reminders! If you are still skeptical due to the conflicting reviews on here then just try it. Again, it's FREE so you aren't wasting any money like I did.
Keep in mind the company doesn't have a phone and doesn't respond to emails timely at all ( but they sure were quick to charge my account w/ in seconds!) So I hope this helps. Btw, I totally fell for their comments about some tech named 'Charly' who was so helpful. In sure that was the company trying to raise it's lack of stars it's received!
Terrible customer support
Requires an additional $15 desktop program which you can download from their website. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I could not get this Add-in to enable in Outlook 2010. Luckily I was only on a 14 day trial. Tried to contact them with a support ticket and a post in their community forum. Absolutely no response whatsoever.
Reliable in Product and Support
I have to be able to sync Outlook tasks. Since I don't use an enterprise server, this is the best tool I've found to help to that. Recently when I had a syncing issue, the team at Innovation Technology did not stop until my problem was resolved and I was up and running again.
