If your schedule varies from week to week, keeping track of your working days can be a chore, and it’s often difficult to quickly figure out when you’ll be on-duty weeks or months in the future.
Scheduler to the rescue! Designed for public-service employees such as police officers, firefighters and health-care workers — anyone who works an unusual but predictable schedule — Scheduler always shows your schedule for the next two years from “today.” Common shift schedules are built-in, such as the “Berkeley” (a.k.a. “California”), “48-96” and “Dupont,” but you can easily change them or create other repeating schedules covering any number of days. See the screenshots (here and on the web site) for some examples. And there’s even a “Doofus” mode for showing irregular schedules (e.g., health-care workers).
If your spouse/partner works a shift schedule, too, you can have that entirely different rotation appear on the calendar with yours. This will help you organize family activities such as vacations and day-care.

1. You *can* enter a custom schedule.
2. You *can* set the text that appears on each day.
3. You *can* enter very long rotations.
4. You *can* superimpose text to mark special days on the calendar.

Very well thought out. Now I can make plans in advance without taking 10 minutes to see if I work that day. I wish u could schedule a start time for work week so my hours would be shown right. I emailed you on it and hopefully it can be done in future or now if I missed it. Thanks so much for this great app!

I have contacted the developer a few times and every time his response is within an hour and answers my question. I still use the app a few times a week and works great for me.

This is the best app if you have a complicated schedule!
Good but complex
I work the southern swing shift and I like that I can have my schedule on hand and this does that. It's also nice to use to keep track of my vacation time and sick days.
The only draw back I've found is the fact that it's so complicated to navigate. I've about got it all figured out now but I was pulling hair out for a while. If it would have been a free app I would have deleted it after about an hour but for what it cost I was a little more dedicated.
All in all it's a good overly complicated app.
