Great App
I have used the application for several trips and have found the directions spot on.
This version is an abomination to GPS navigation
This product update started poorly and wend downhill fast. After updating the product, it then wanted to download maps for several states, none of which I happen to frequent. Without the updated map file, it refused to work. Worse, it took nearly a half dozen attempts to update the map files because the software kept crashing. Crashing during an update??? Yep.
Then I went to navigate with it. I live in Oregon and wanted to navigate to a place in Washington state. For those of you who aren't familiar with the West Coast, Washington is North of Oregon. So why did this thing insist that I take I-5 South? I checked and rechecked and verified that the POI I programmed in was in Washington State, yet it kept insisting that I go South. Once I programmed in an alternate POI that was close, things got better; at least until the software started crashing again.
Then there was my trip to Washington DC. I left the airport with my hotel in Virginia programmed in. I verified that the destination was exactly where I wanted to go. Before I left the airport proper, the software crashed. When I reloaded it, all looked good, as I was still on the 'purple line'. After taking the goofiest (albeit, pretty) route for over an hour, I realized that the trip to the hotel should have only taken about 20 minutes. I pulled over and, while trying to interface with the software, it crashed. After almost a dozen crashes in a row later, the dang thing worked long enough to let me know that the destination had reverted back to the one from Washington State, about 2,800 miles from the one I was trying to navigate to.
This used to be one of the better nab programs around. The interface was always a little wonky, and this version did a lot to improve the awkwardness of the previous versions, but the program instability and flat out dead wrong directions are inexcusable. I'll be using google map until these folks can fix this program.

Could be the Best if only!
Seems that after every update, you have to download all the maps again which is a pain in the ###@.
Biggest issue I have is that it displays the straight ahead for the next turn until you are under a mile from the next real turn. Some times this can make you miss your turn if you are on an Interstate with heavy traffic and you have to get to the opposite side of the road. I would like to know that I will be turning left/right as soon as I finish my last turn. All my other GPS's do this correctly (Garmin, Copilot, MotionX etc).
If the above is fixed, I would not hesitate to give it 5 stars.
