Equations will wrap up homework quickly!
Considering most kids are loaded down with books and supplies, being able to use a scientific calculator on iPhone in their pocket is very helpful. A large selection of functions and constants that are pre-entered make it easy to tap your choice, fill in the numbers and get your answers super quickly. I might include a search function and clear all feature though. Still this app is an extremely helpful tool with assignments, and I would definitely want it if I had to muddle through Math classes again!
Equations UI terrible
Reading the description makes it seem that using the native iPad keyboard is a good idea. In fact, it is terrible making even typing 2*3 a chore. Having other math functions accessible via a menu or by spelling it out is also bad. Editing is also bad. You are better off with many of these other free calcs. I should have paid attention to the screenshots and not the high avg rating.

I love to have a history page and the functions here are very useful. The interface is simple but work very good. The support was serious and quick answered me a doubt. thanks!
