Pretty cool
App is good, customer service is HORRIBLE. The only way you can talk to someone is by email and sometimes it takes days to get a response. Improve customer service!
Trash app
This app is full of crap!! It seems good at first but if you run a business they will hold all your transactions until they receive your documents!! They are in no hurry to review them either!!! I have 12000 tied up with these idiots!!! Wouldn't you think they would ask for these docs 1st!! Who else would want to use this app except businesses!!!
Holding funds too long
Don't expect to get your funds of over $1,000.00 deposited into your account before 30 days because they hold anything over that amount. And don't expect to speak to any customer service rep either because they only communicate via email. And when you send them an email they say that you will hear from them within 24 hours...not true. Very dis satisfied with this app.
