Manage your personal or small business with Quick Sale, keep track of your invoices, balances and payments with an easy to use app. Create unlimited inventory items, non-inventory items, or services, and organize them by category or add it to the favorites list for rapid access.

For sales you can apply discounts per item or globally per invoice in currency or percentage, add a note to the invoice for your records, accept a partial payment and apply one or more new payments any other day.

The full history allows you to view invoices by date or type such as unpaid, paid, void, etc., or search the history by customer's name or invoice number; then you can send the report to your e-mail and print the report from a computer.
From the same history, after selecting an invoice you can review the details of the invoice, void the invoice, apply another payment, or send an invoice showing the balance to your client's e-mail.

Great for individual seller

I purchased and used this app for my drink booth at a local festival this past weekend. I had it on 2 of my iPod Touches. Entering inventory was easy (only had 10 items or so, but I had to do it for each device.), and it was a fast enough program to keep up with my cash sales. Didn't try the credit card transactions.

Options are pretty deep, letting you edit or delete previous transactions. Refunds, partial payments, multiple payment types, discounting, taxes - it's all there and you can control all of it. I just set it up the day before, and did a quick 10 minute training for my helpers on how to use it and they understood quickly. The interface is intuitive and clean looking (especially compared to the other cash transaction app options available). Sales reports were easy to generate and help me save tons of time, compared to paper receipts and counting.

This may be beyond the scope of this app, but it would be great if I could link multiple devices to the same inventory, a faster way to create inventory items (import), and be able to combine sales reports from multiple devices.

Still a great app tho. Probably perfect for the one-person shop.

Almost there

I really like this app. Receipts are easy and fast to generate, I love that my entire inventory is included, making selections fast, I can decide whether to add tax for the whole thing or each item and it's very easy to email the receipt. However, it really needs a few features to be fully usable. I NEED to be able to change the date. I want to be able to generate data for a show that happened a few days ago and can't. (When entering in receipts from the past it would be great to say whether that should affect inventory total!) Also, some of my items are buy 1 for $5 or 3 for $14. Right now, to add the discount I either need to say they bought 1 and change the overall price (thus wrongly affecting my inventory total) or remember at the end to take off a dollar to the whole purchase (leading to customer confusion about the price of that one item) or remember in my head that when buying three the total of the item needs to be changed to $4.66 (which isn't really right, either, and I have several items like that so it's impossible to remember what each item costs at each price break). An easy solution would be to add a discount off the TOTAL of that one group of items or be able to adjust the TOTAL of multiple items instead of the price of ONE of a multiple. But otherwise I really do like this app. It's very easy to find out on the fly what the total is going to be and the emailed receipts are fabulous. Please let me be able to change the price when buying multiples and I'll be so happy! This is bonus, but I'd also really like, at the end of the purchase, to have a field to enter in an email address to have the receipt be automatically sent to the buyer. Then I won't have to remember to go in later and send it when I have time.

Outstanding!

I really enjoy using this app! Extremely well designed, I use it for my service business. Throughout the day, I use Quick sale to track paid and unpaid service calls. When I return to the office I print out that days history report and enter everything into quickbooks.

The only addition I would like to see for my needs, is a way to enter notes on the invoice that the customer can see.

I would also love to see this program sync with Quickbooks so I don't need to do double entry on everything...
