My Favorite App
This is the best app I have on my iPhone. I could not live without it. It has made my life so easy!
Once, while traveling, I was taken to an ER. The Doctors were amazed that I had all my medical history available at my finger tips. It made my treatment go much faster and easier. They said that if every patient had this kind of information available at the point of treatment, the results would be better patient outcomes.

This app is well worth the money! Having gone through cancer treatment this past year, I had a LOT of medical items to keep track of: doctors, medications, test results, etc. This app is great for compiling everything you need into one place. Each time I visited a new doctor, I had gobs of paperwork to fill out that required so much information: who's your primary physician? What meds are you taking now? etc. All I had to do was open this app and everything I needed was in one place! No more searching through my contacts for each doctor's contact info. This app will pull all of your doctor contact info from your iphone contacts app so no need to retype anything. Plus, you can fill out all of your additional information on your computer and then sync it to your phone (the website does not store your personal data. It's just a conduit). It's much easier to use a full keyboard than the iPhone keyboard. This app has really made life so much easier. Don't hesitate to buy this app. Just do it. You'll wonder how you ever managed without it.
