Needs a LOT of Work
I've worked for the government as a tactical driver and in the security field for years and have numerous family in law enforcement field in Arkansas. You could call it a family tradition.
Got this ap and sat with a cousin who's a county sheriff and a friend whos a state trooper and between us all we entered over 25+ names of people we KNOW are well-known criminals in our state ranging from local city offenders, to guys who have been in county lock up numerous times, to career criminals who have spent most of their lives in prisons. Including severly violent offenders (murder, rape) and even known child preditors.
Out of all those we entered only two came back with any information at all. All of the others came back "No Record Found". Those two were guys who have been in prison multiple times in different prisons. Though certainly were not the only two we had entered who fit that criteria, yet it didn't find any of the others we tried.
So I can't say that it totally doesn't work but it's not far from it, definatally needs a lot of work.

I searched for people whom I know have criminal records in Arkansas and it didn't find them.
No usable data
Not sure how this made it to the app store as a paid app. Need a refund option!
