• Track medications and affiliated pharmacy info
• View medications by individual, by doctor, or by pharmacy
• View a list of upcoming appointments
• Look up when your last appointment was

• Improve your dialog with your physicians by adding questions to ask at your next appointment
• Create notes regarding follow ups and reminders

Great for reference when filling out school forms, health history medical reviews, or similar paperwork.

Note on Back Ups: iTunes sync backs up the entered data. The transfer of data to a new device will occur only if the user sets up the new device using a backup of the old device. Simply reinstalling the app on a new device will not restore the data. Similarly if you remove the app from your device and then later reinstall it, you will not preserve the data.

Note on Data Management: Appointments marked complete will not appear on the upcoming appointment list, but the records are retained in the detail view unless deleted. If all the appointment records are marked complete, the list would appear blank. Also, if you add a few blank records to any module the associated list may appear blank; to make your data reappear at the top of the list, simply add a new record or go to the detail view of a record, and then delete any blank records.

Great App!

Nice interface, covers all the bases, great deal for .99! Maybe it's just the new version, but I don't see any of the speed problems others are talking about...moves right along on my phone!

Disappearing Data! No Backup!

I liked the idea behind this app and the layout of the app. However, there is no way to backup your data! When I had to restore my iPhone from a backup, I lost all of my data. This did not happen with most of my other apps.

After the restore, I went ahead and reentered all of my data and was able to use this app for a few more months. Then yesterday, I went into the app, and all of my data was gone! It just disappeared for no apparent reason! I no longer trust this app and will be deleting it. It's a shame because I used the app quite frequently. But with disappearing data and no ability to backup, the app isn't worth it.

Awesome app.

This app is perfect for tracking your doctors, meds, appointments, insurance and even pharmacy info. It's the only one I have that does this.
I don't have any speed problem with mine.
Well worth the buck!
Thanks
Mark
