Description
Live Help allows you to chat with your web site visitors. You are able to see who is currently browsing your web site and accept incoming chat requests from your web site visitors right on your iPhone.
Live Help also allows you to view chat history and manage operator accounts. Supports iPhone 3.0 PUSH alerts.
Please note: This software requires our Live Help Server Software v3.80. You can not use this app unless you are already using our Live Help software on your web site.

Mi experiencia con el app
Excelente tener el app de star develop en mi iphone pero constantemente crash y ni siquiera me doy cuenta pues no me notifica. Esta app podría ser muy buena oero pienso que necesitan hacer actualuzación porque tiene errores y pocas funcionalidades comparado a la versión de computadora.
Doesn't keep you logged in
Used to keep you logged in but new update doesn't anymore. This defeats the purpose of having a help desk app if you have to be using the app 247 to stay logged in. That's what a laptop is for. This is an iPhone app. Where's the push notifications? And why does it kick me out after five minutes of not using it? This is a great app if you have an iPhone but don't have a life. I'm switching help desk platforms because of this.
