Great app for quick color matching
This is a great little app if you use color a lot. As a designer / Photographer I am always looking to get the right color scheme going. I don't carry around a color wheel or color ref books and charts in the field, instead I use this app. Especially the camera feature. I snap a pic and select the color I want to match and start to play! It even saves the combos I create for comparison. The app is smooth and easy to use. Love it!!!
Works some of the time
Many times when selecting colors, it calculates but one of the colors is off from the color I chose. A burgundy will turn into a purple, again and again, and this probably thwarts the results.
I've been using this for a while and sometimes the results are way off. I'm not a color expert, but I know that a pale violet and dark green are not monochromatic.
