Description

Levelheaded is a fast-paced game of timing and skill. Balance conflicting forces, spread and contain virulent infections, and try really, really hard not to let anything slosh over the sides.

Spring-loaded physics-based gameplay will get your fingers flicking, while competitive leaderboards, OpenFeint achievements, and that "just one more" feeling will keep you coming back for more levelheaded action!

Lively and Rapid Physics Game!

This is a very interesting game that can be over very fast!

It took me a few plays to get to where I could score much in the way of points, a bit longer to understand the controls.

First: You start with a green and a red "seed." When the blue orbs touch these, they turn greenish/redish. Green ones make the water level rise, red make the water lower.

You can hold the device any which way and the orbs all move in that direction realistically. (The water doesn't pour out though!) You can also grab and flick the seeds/orbs to move them around - you can toss/pour them out over the sides of the glass!

If your red/green seeds touch, they turn dark and stop working. Toss them out the sides to get new ones. (One game I had wouldn't give me new ones. :() If you pour out all the orbs you'll get a fresh set.

Now that I've got you nice and confused, here's the goal of the game: make the water level rise and/or lower! You gain points as the water level changes. If the water level reaches the top or the bottom, the game is over.

Sounds easy, but it isn't. Do you tip the device left/right? Stir? Selectively throw certain orbs away? All of the above?

Now you know what makes this game fun.

It also has a high score leaderboard and achievements on OpenFeint (400 points worth) which is a worthy addition that will add length to this game. This isn't a game you will sit and play for two hours, but it's a good "one more time" pick-up-and-play sort of game.

The only cons I could find to this game are that the tutorial doesn't quite explain enough (I didn't get the idea about wanting to continually move the water level up and down until I played a bit) and that there appears to be no sound whatsoever (which really caught me off guard!) I'd love to at least have some music - or collision sounds (orbs against orbs, orbs against glass, splash when entering water, maybe color changing sounds...)

Fun!

I really like it. It's different then any app I've ever played. I reccomend it!
