Keeps logging out from my iphone
Having the app for when I'm out of the office is better than nothing. However, I when I log in to my BoldChat account from my phone while traveling, I need it to stay logged in and send me alerts even when I use other apps on the phone. Unfortunately, it keeps logging me out and I'm constantly having to check the app and log back in every time. Very frustrating when I miss customer chats because of it.
A pile
I bought an iphone just for this app. The alure of being able to chat with customers on the go was too enticing to pass up. It kills chat...when you are able to get them and are not kicked out. I would say that I get kicked out several hundred times/day. I wish I was exaggerating. If you are considering getting this app I am sure ten bucks won't sink ya but the frustration and loss of biz might. Wait for the next version.
