Hungry Baby identifies in less than 10 seconds if your baby is crying for hunger.
Hungry Baby eases the anxiety of caring for a crying infant by helping parents and caregivers to quickly identify their child’s cry of hunger and immediately respond to the infant’s needs.
To begin the translation, place the iPhone / iPod Touch near the crying baby. Aim the microphone to the baby and touch the “START” button.
If the device is too far from the baby or there is significant background noise, a notice will appear asking you to begin the translation again.
The application also allows users to add contacts from their address book for fast and easy access in case of emergency.
Hungry Baby is not a medical device but a tool to help parents and caregivers better understand what their infant is trying to communicate. Parents and caregivers are strongly advised to consult a doctor if they are worried about the health of their baby or excessive crying.

Not accuate
This app said baby was hungry no matter what the cry, even when she was full and overtired. So, I tried it myself and guess what...I must be hungry too. Glad I didn't purchase the full version.
