Gentle, simple and effective
Yes, these meditations will work. However, an open mind is necessary for effectiveness. Soothing nature tracks combined with pleasant background music completely disguises the binaural beats. A viable introduction to the world of relaxation techniques. I will use this app again and again. A keeper.

I have trouble sleeping but I found this it perfect I like how there's diffent sound not just one like how u can repeat all 4 I don't like the long stop between them tho if that could be fixed or shorten I like that a lot but over all best app I've bought!!!! Thank for making it it truly helps!
