Note: As a graphics rich 3D app, this game will play best if you don't have other apps running at the same time.
1. Hold down the sleep/wake button at the top of the device for a few seconds until the screen displays the message 'slide to power off.'
2. Power off the device by moving the slider.
3. Hold down the sleep/wake button again until the device powers back on.
4. When the home screen is displayed, relaunch the game.

This is an amazing looking iPad game! It's like having an interactive Pixar movie in your hand. The writing is super funny, and the puzzles are just right. Check it out!
The Penal Zone Is Great, Performance Is Good! Reboot Your PAD Before You Launch The Game!
I just got this for my ipad because I love these kinds of games, and this is a really great fit for touchscreen games. It's also really funny and so far my favorite on the iPad! 5 stars...
Just like the iphone if you're having any issues frame rate or other with ANY higher spec games on your pad be sure to reboot your device before launching the game or if you have issues reboot and try again, it will solve the issue 99% of the time, memory gets jammed up sometimes after you've used the phone or pad for a long period of time....
Great job Telltale! I hope they offer the season pass option soon like they do on their games on other systems
$6.99 for a game that has glitches and crashes
I am a huge fan of the Sam & Max series, but this game is terrible. The animations are slow and jerky and the audio is not in sync. Looks like the developers rushed this game to take advantage of the iPad gold rush. What a shame - this game is a complete disappointment. Plus there is not very much game play time when you subtract all the video freezing. I think that I completed this episode in about 10 minutes. I say 'I think' because the game crashed during what looked like the final credits so I really don't know if there was anything afterwards.
