If you have a subscription, this is a no brainer
This is the way to read a newspaper. No crumpling and folding. No newsprint on your fingers. The layout is good but cannot match the NY Times. The caching is a bonus but takes longer to update than the Times. The ads are a bit annoying on the iPad because you have to scroll through them but still better than on the iPhone where they never go away. I would give 5 stars for a better layout and smoother navigation with ads you can skip. After all, you are paying for the subscription.

Fantastic app that translates very well, like you're actually reading the newspaper. I love the off line caching of the entire issue, perfect for reading on the subway or anywhere without wireless access.
