HelvetiNote™ is the iCloud synchronized note taking application for your iPad, iPhone, and iPod. We designed it explicitly to simplify and improve your note taking experience.
In version 2.0, HelvetiNote™ is raising the bar again. We're leveraging the power of iCloud sync, expanding HelvetiNote™ from iPad to iPhone and iPod, better organizing your notes with folders and streamlining the overall note taking experience with smoother drawing, undo functionality and a more responsive interface. We've rewritten HelvetiNote™ 2.0 from the ground up, with your feedback from version 1.0 in mind.
Tips & Pointers:
- iCloud runs the show. All of your folders and notes are automatically synced up to iCloud - there's no need to ever hit a save or download button. The sync indicator in the lower right displays your current iCloud sync configuration.
- Notes now live in folders, which you can create, rename and delete as needed. To delete, swipe horizontally over a folder to display the delete button - do the same to delete a note.
- Themes can now be saved and synced. Find your favorite color combo? Save it as a custom theme (save up to 5 custom themes) - it'll even sync to your other devices (if you have iCloud sync enabled). Swipe from right to left on a saved theme to delete it.
** HelvetiNote™ 2.0 does attempt to upgrade your v1.0 notes to the new 2.0 format, but it will not be able to save your v1.0 drawings. To save specific note drawings, you should backup your important v1.0 notes by emailing them to yourself before updating.

- Fixed syncing issue that was causing some folders to disappear and some notes to become "hidden" (only show up in searches and notes count).
- Added a recovery function that will restore any "hidden" notes to your main notes list.
- Cleaned up and optimized some iCloud syncing mechanics.

A-Class, but...
Long notes get clipped off after a certain point. I hope this can be fixed- this is THE best notes app out there
iCloud perfected
Helvetinote does what Mr. Jobs promised from iCloud - it just works.
I was a Helvetinote 1.0 user and loved it then, but the added iCloud support is incredible and no other note taking application executes this as well as Helvetinote. My notes are always updated real time between my iPad and iPhone and saveable themes, undo, better drawing all have made this application worth every penny. Definite buy for anyone looking to ditch their frilly, overly-adorned note taking application.
Where did my notes go?
Upgraded ... and all seemed fine until this morning when the app stated that I wasn't connected to iCloud. It would not let me do anything else but go and look at my system preferences that showed that I was in fact connected.
So I turned off iCloud and turned it back on. Multiple times. Nothing. I can see my backups for the app in the Cloud ... but the app can't.
I really liked this app, trusted it, but now all my notes are gone. I am too.
