Notes Plus benefits include:

Hand write comfortably with your big finger, your text will show up as fine as with pen and paper. Auto-advance feature let you write even with your eyes closed. Advanced stroke smoothing algorithm makes your writing look as good as ever; the faster you write, the better it looks.

Crashing, now useless
Not sure what you did, but everything I do now causes this program to crash: opening files, trying to delete files, … Let's hope you get an update out in the next few days, or I'll be buying someone else's app to get the job done. Can't recommend this app at this time.
v3 redeems Notes Plus
Nice job and (for me) great communication by the developer following the 3.0.1 update. The HW recognition is back in action, and thanks to their update notice I only had to wait a few days and skipped 3.0.1 entirely.
The new interface in version 3 is a functional facelift for the app. Split-pane browsing + notes is just what I needed, and the ink is finally smooth enough to replace some other apps. Well done overall, glad to have Notes Plus back in action on the iPad.

Do not waste your money notability is much better app.
