Neuroshima Hex is a fast paced, tactical board game where up to 4 players (human or AI) lead their troops to victory. Every player controls one of the four armies struggling for influence and survival in the world destroyed in a 30 years long war. March with the machines of Moloch, leading its army towards setting the new world order. Become Borgo and unite the forces of the mutants who spread terror in the wastelands. Lead The Outpost - humanity's last and only hope and try to beat the machines in an uneven guerrilla war. Be the boss of The Hegemony - land of gangers not caring about the fate of others and living only for violence and their mad entertainment.

Love the carnage
This app is an incredible adaptation of the print board game. In some ways it makes it even better - no possibility of forgetting a unit's order the possibility of knocking the board and moving pieces. I love the carnage factor. This is a strategic, area-control, war game that is fun, quick, and fairly quick to pickup. The AI is quite good and can keep you on your toes if not just outright whoop on you!
What's keeping me from giving it five stars? First, no on-line multi-player. It is solely a pass and play. That's too bad. Second, no immediate identification for pieces that you might not be familiar with. While there's a reference in the instruction base, that reference is about five screens away when you are in the middle of a game. An in-game quick reference for icons would be nice.
It's well worth the price and will serve you well for quite some time.

Addicting
Nice gameplay. Unlocking additional factions is lame (you have to buy them). Also, there's a decently high learning curve. But it's fun and you want to keep playing.
