Great Nostalgic Fun!
I was always a big fan of the curse of monkey island when I was little, when I saw that they remade the older games, I had to check it out. The Secret Of Monkey Island is a throwback to the classic point and click adventure games. We follow Guybrush Threepwood in his quest to become a pirate. It has laughs, crazy characters, remastered soundtrack, voice acting and new art style to keep things fresh and interesting. I highly recommend for anyone who likes point and click adventure games, or for any of the die hard Monkey Island fans who want to play the oldies but best verisons of the originals.
An absolute classic - remade better
I've always been a huge fan of this game, I loved it as a kid and when I saw this remake I just had to have it. As oppose to many other remakes or rereleases this one has been no disappointment, it has stayed true to it's original spirit, humor and game play - This release just runs smoother, sounds better and looks prettier that the original.
The Secret of Monkey Island was an instant classic when it was initially released and offers countless hours of honest none-violent, humores entertainment.
This is a must have, I wish they would still make games like this one!!!
