Description
UnPlugged is an application that notifies you when the power cord of the MacBook is unplugged or plugged back in. It also notifies you in regular steps about your batteries capacity while you run on battery or while you charge your battery.
Notifications are done either using Growl or with a built in notification window.
UnPlugged stays completely invisible while monitoring your power plug. To open UnPlugged's preferences simply open UnPlugged a second time, while it is running. From the Preferences window it is also possible to quit UnPlugged.

- Capacity change notifications didn't appear unless an application was added to the exclude list
- prefs didn't show the correct notification-type
- added preference to decide if Growl should be used or not (defaults to yes)
- UnPlugged now shows a menu item when it is running (can be disabled in the preferences)

Great App
This app is great. Its true this app does something Mac OS X already does, but what makes this app great is it changes how it's done. This app will tell you when the adapter is plugged in, when it's unplugged, when the battery's charged and so on, in an obvious but unintrusive way. This app is surprisingly customizable as is Growl, the app that this app and many others use to deliver notifications.
I suggest downloading Growl before downloading this app, which is available here on the Mac App store fro $1.99 or if you're running Snow Leopard, on growls website for free. You may be surprised how many other apps you have that already use it. For those who had trouble with the notifications, keep in mind its Growl that determines what the notifications look like, where they pop up, and for how long.

Yay! it's fixed!
Had this app before it was available on the app store, and loved it until somehow it got tangled up with Growl and Lion and wasn't working for me for a while. It is now, and it really saves me some headaches, as I frequently accidentally unplug my laptop and wouldn't know about this until the power died if it wasn't for this handy-dandy tool! Great work, developers!
Great Features
This app has a very high level of customizability considering it's a free app. Growl support is also very nice.
