WHAT'S IDEA FLIGHT?
Idea Flight enables one person, the Pilot, to use their iPad to control content to an audience, their Passengers, or other iPads via W-Fi or Bluetooth. Preparing materials for Idea Flight is simple: Content must be saved as a PDF and can easily be accessed through Dropbox, iTunes File Sharing, or email. Then invite your Passengers to come on board directly from the app.
Idea Flight includes a Passenger List allowing Passengers and Pilots to connect via LinkedIn and now Facebook. Use the Passenger List as a virtual cheat sheet and add attendees to your network while your gathering is underway.

As an Idea Flight Pilot, you can:
★ Share ideas without granting permanent access to your presentation - unless you choose to.
★ Email from Idea Flight to invite people to your presentation and direct them to download the Idea Flight app.
★ Know your audience. View their names, titles, and photos using LinkedIn, and invite them to connect.
★ Display your presentation on an external monitor for large audiences, as well as simultaneously on up to 30 or more iPads on Wi-Fi, depending on network capability and file size, and 4 iPads via Bluetooth.
★ Guide presentations in Locked mode, and then Unlock to allow Passengers to scroll or tap to screens of particular interest or to recap the presentation.
★ View a free presentation preinstalled in the app.
★ Take, save & access Notes
★ Protect your sensitive content with a Boarding Passcode.

FLIGHT CONTROL: Pilots can access this Dashboard of tools including HIGHLIGHTER, POINTER and ERASER to customize their Passengers' experience, making sharing content even more engaging than before!
CALL BUTTON: Enables Passengers to discreetly signal to you that they have a question or comment. As a Pilot, you can answer inquiries as they come in or at the end of the presentation.
INCREASED DEVICE LIMIT: Pilots can now connect with 30 or more Passengers depending on local network capacity and file size.
FACEBOOK: Don't have LinkedIn but would still like to connect to fellow Passengers? Now you can with Facebook integration.
(Backwards compatibility: The new features included in Idea Flight Enterprise 2.0 are not backwards compatible with our previous iterations. All participants need to upgrade to be compatible with this version.)

Thanks for the quick fix
Have been an avid Idea Flight user for a while now. Really excited to finally try out these new features in the office.
Bluetooth malfunction
I like the product using wifi but I bought it for the Bluetooth feature that I was just informed by tech support does not work with the new version. I'm in clients homes and need that feature because they don't typically have wifi. I'd hold off on purchasing if you need this feature. I'm sure it will be corrected at some point.
STILL CRASHING
Maybe it's just me but it's still not working! Any suggestions? I have iBooks and have updated to the latest 2.1
