ILINX Capture Mobile 17+

This app is so handy - I can capture any document I need to have a copy of and be totally mobile at the same time! I am using it at restaurants if I like something on the food or drink menu, I take a picture of it, receipts - right at the time I get them (especially for work-related receipts) so now my bag is no longer full of paper! I can also take a photo and index the info and email it to family/friends right from my photo library in the iphone. Told my accountant about it - she is going to recommend it to all her customers that have iphones so they can keep better track of their business receipts. Let me know of any other cool ways it can be used - I am ready to learn!

Most folks don't think or even know what metadata is, but it's very important if you want to find something after you have captured it. Data, Text, Photos and files are all found using Internet search engines because of metatags and metadata. By indexing key words you can build a refernce that allows you to find the right information at the right time anywhere in the world.

Nice first version, can we see some OCR or Image enhancement in the future?

I spend alot of time on the road and I have been trying to reduce the amount of equipment (my large laptop and desktop scanner) that I travel with. I solved my laptop issue by getting a netbook, and now with ILINX Mobile I have elimitnated the need to lug a scanner around with me. With ILINX Mobile I can now caputre receipts for my expense reports and customer documents with ease. I recommend this to any person that is mobile and needs to capture dcoumentation on the fly.
