IntraLinks Secure Mobile for iPad and iPhone app allows users to access IntraLinks Exchanges, documents, and other interactions with IntraLinks from your mobile device
This update adds the following capabilities:
• Uploading to exchanges where custom fields are enabled, defined and mandatory
• Viewing access to exchange level mobile enablement parameter via platform. The user’s view rights to mobile enablement parameters will align with ILP workspace setting ability for rights to viewing and updating the workspace settings
• Enabling Exchange Managers to update the exchange level mobile parameters
• Adding new or existing users to user groups from within an exchange
• Enabling protected PDF and Office documents to be accessible in mobile application
• Viewing protected PDF and Office documents in mobile application
IntraLinks Secure Mobile for iPad and iPhone also continues to provide:
• Access and view of documents across all exchanges or within an exchange
• View of exchange activity reports with time frame and group activity filtering
• The ability to view, find and sync of IntraLinks contacts with your iPhone device
• Use of pre-defined or customer specific search filters
• Bookmarks to quickly access frequently used contacts, exchanges and documents
• The ability to upload documents to IntraLinks Platform exchanges
• The ability to disable mobile application access at the exchange level
• The ability to upload documents to IntraLinks Exchanges with custom fields enabled
• Mobile access to exchanges with “All Users – Current and Future” permissions and “Public / Private” enabled exchanges (typically used by our Debt Capital Market Customers)
• The ability to view all users and groups that have been added to an exchange
Note:
• The application requires the iOS4 operating system (at the minimum) to run on iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch devices. (A separate version is available for the iPad)
• The application is only available in English and provides access to IntraLinks Platform (ILP) exchanges only – IL5 exchanges, though listed, are not accessible.
• The names used for documents added using IntraLinks Secure Mobile must conform to IntraLinks Platform standards.
