ItsEasy Passport Renew & Photo 4+

My son whose passport had expired during the pandemic needed a passport renewal to visit my ailing mother in Europe. Traditional post office service provided us with an estimated time of 12 weeks which was not an option for our situation. I called “It Easy” as I used their service a decade ago. David was our guardian angel ! Not only did he stay in touch with us throughout the entire process but he provided us with an utmost care until the very end. We texted, emailed, spoke on the phone to ensure that my son and I could travel to Europe literally at moments notice. We were provided an appointment with the passport agency in a matter of 24 hours from my initial calm with David. This is a record time given the pandemic related closures and restrictions. It’s Easy’s services are beyond professional. They really care about your personal journey through the system and you never feel alone or unattended. I will go out of my way to broadcast their services to my friends and those who are facing emergency types of situations. A miracle makers to say the least, and also truly caring staff. I called a total of 5 passport expeditors to find one I thought was trustworthy as I was concerned about sending my passport to someone I never met and knew nothing about. I called different companies and got conflicting information about the amount they claimed the government charged for an expedited passport. And some charged a surcharge to get a passport card in addition to a new passport —which requires nothing more than checking off a box on the application. Then I got lucky when a friend recommended It’s Easy. They were incredible. Everything was so easy from being able to take my passport photo on the app to getting updates every step of the way. I was informed when they received my application, when everything was complete, when they submitted it to the passport office, when the passport office approved it and was printing my passport, when the passport office sent it out. I was amazed! was as if I had a cousin in the business taking care of it for me personally. For the record, I rarely write reviews, but was compelled to do so because my experience with It’s Easy was extraordinary.

My now husband and I got married last Saturday and have spent the last 2 years and a small fortune planning the most amazing honeymoon. 1 week before we were supposed to leave I found out my passport only had a few months left before it expired and most countries require at least 6 months in order to enter the country.
