App won't load

Great concept and happy with kidsemail but as of a few days ago this app no longer loads on any of our iOS devices (iPhone. iPads).

Nice introduction to email

Using Kids Email is an awesome way to get my almost 9 year old boy acquainted with using an email program. I love that I have complete control over what he can receive. It allows him to feel some independence but gives me the peace of mind to know he is still being monitored. It is very easy to access right from his iPod touch too. We love using his email to sign up for educational websites and it's great with the upcoming school year.

Developer Response ,

Thank you so much for your awesome review, we really appreciate it :)

Either run the service or have the integrity to shut it down...

It seems clear nothing has been done on this site in 3 years. This includes updates on the app. Thankful I hit issues supposedly resolved years ago (IE no notifications in iOS) before having my kids start using this service...
... a pity too - it's a great idea and Microsoft even recommends this. I was so excited to find this, I am disappointed to find it abandoned and above all find it immoral to keep taking people's money without providing them the service they're paying for.
